About Dinkum Disability

At Dinkum Disability, we believe that everyone deserves fair, accurate, and evidence-based NDIS reports that truly reflect their needs. Too often, reports are written to tick boxes rather than to tell a person’s story in a way that secures the right supports. That’s where we do things differently.

We take a straightforward, no-nonsense approach, ensuring that every report is clear, comprehensive, and grounded in real-world function. We’re all about being fair dinkum—genuine, honest, and committed to making sure NDIS participants get a fair go. Our mission is to cut through the complexity of the system and make sure no one is left behind simply because their report didn’t tell their story properly.

As a sole trader service, Dinkum Disability is designed to be agile, flexible, and tailored. That means we keep our caseload focused on what we do best—assessments for people with neurological, neurodegenerative, and invisible disabilities—so we can provide high-quality, detailed reports that truly reflect a person’s needs.

About Me

I’m an occupational therapist with a passion for writing clear, evidence-based reports that help NDIS participants access the supports they need. My background in neurological, neurodegenerative, and invisible disabilities allows me to provide thorough, high-quality assessments that reflect each person’s unique needs and challenges.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people with Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Sanfilippo Syndrome, and other complex conditions, as well as those with invisible disabilities like ADHD, Autism, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and POTS.

I take a big-picture approach, understanding not just the immediate challenges a person faces, but how their needs change over time—and how the right supports can empower them to live life on their terms.

Beyond clinical work, I’ve contributed to published research in Cerebral Palsy, exploring the experiences of people with CP in research participation. This reflects my broader commitment to ensuring the voices of people with disabilities are heard—whether that’s through research, advocacy, or how I approach NDIS reporting.

As a sole trader, I’ve built Dinkum Disability to reflect my values and strengths. Running my own practice gives me the flexibility to tailor my caseload and ensure that every assessment is thorough, every report is well-written, and every client receives the time and attention they deserve.

At the core of my work and Dinkum Disability is a simple belief: NDIS reports shouldn’t just tick boxes—they should tell your story the way it should be told.
